A studio of one. Sites are built by hand, written line by line, and designed to outlast trends.

One project at a time. Eight weeks, end to end. The work lasts longer than the trends that shaped it.

Sierra Auto Group rents McLarens, Lamborghinis, and Ferraris by the day. Their old site was a wall of stock photography. The new one is a film — a hand-coded canvas of cinematic motion, with a custom boomerang McLaren loop running as the hero, a crossfade carousel scrolling photos like film frames, and a contact flow that routes directly to their 24/7 concierge inbox.

Tailwind for layout discipline. WebP across every image for a 42% payload reduction. Hand-written legal pages. PWA-installable. Apple-style back-to-top button with smart elapsed-time resume logic. The full kit, written line by line — and tested across ten viewports before going live.

How we’ll work together.

From a written brief to a deployed site · end to end

I.

Brief

One conversation. Written scope. Fixed quote.

A 45-minute call covers everything I need to know. Within a week, you receive a written brief, a fixed scope, a fixed quote, and a start date. No proposal deck. No back-and-forth. If the brief feels right, we begin. If it doesn’t, you owe nothing.

II.

Build

Six weeks. Hand-coded. Friday previews.

I work on one project at a time. Every line of code is written by hand — no AI scaffolding, no page-builder shortcuts, no off-the-shelf components dropped in for speed. You receive a Friday progress link each week with a live preview you can click through. Feedback in writing; revisions on Monday.

III.

Live

Deployed, configured, refined.

I deploy to Netlify, configure your domain, set up your Google Workspace inbox, and run a training session on the contact form. Then a 30-day refinement window — fix anything, add anything, no scope-creep arguments. The site you ship with is the site you can live with.

IV · Investment

Sites start at $2,500 for a five-page hand-coded build. Most engagements range from $5,000 to $25,000 depending on scope. Quoted fixed, never hourly.

Not for everyone. I don’t work with templates, page-builders, AI-scaffolded sites, or pre-existing rescue jobs. If you need it fast and cheap, this isn’t the right fit — and I’ll tell you so on the first call.

V · Founder

“I take on two clients a quarter. The work is hand-built, never assembled. The process takes longer; the result lasts longer.”

The commitment

Two weeks in, if it doesn’t feel right, we part ways. No fees. No portfolio rights. Clean exit.
